Review: Fraudulent and unprofessional business practices in the sale of a 40' [redacted] yacht, beginning with and including false advertisement, fraudulent and unprofessional contract business practices, non-preparation of product for delivery, and not honoring the established and agreed to escrow arrangements. This Claim is substantiated by this businesses being party to contract changes after contract signature, falsely listing items and accessories that are non functioning, failure to advise client of responsibilities to prep and launch vessel for sea trial, failure to assure preparation of vessel for sea trial, attempting to dodge terms and agreements of contract including attempts to redefine the terms of the escrow agreement and taking advantage of a consumers situation, delaying and dragging feet on appropriate action.

Desired Settlement: Brewer Yachts should facilitate repairs as outlined by Marine Surveyor in sea trial conducted on May 13, 2013 in the presence of the Brewer Yachts sales representative [redacted].Alternatively Brewer Yachts should facilitate the distribution of the escrow account, $2,500.00,to me the buyer,in lieu of the repairs.Brewer Yachts should guarantee all repairs are done by a fully qualified marine mechanic and they must assure the safe storage of vessel at no cost to me while settlement is reached.
