Review: I had spoke with an individual ("[redacted]") from this business about having some work completed. He was very polite and had scheduled me for a few weeks after his estimate. A few weeks passed and he never showed up for his appointment he scheduled. I then attempted to call this individual multiple times throughout the day and the following week. He has neglected to call me back and reschedule or give me a status update. He was also suppose to do work for my neighbor and he has never responded to their calls either. He has neglected his obligations, as well as follow up or contact my neighbor or I.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to complete the work he agreed upon. Because he has neglected to complete this, my yard has become over-grown further and if I have to hire someone else may result in a higher quote to complete the same work. Had I known he would choose not to show up for the work we agreed upon, I could of hired someone else before everything had become over grown. I would like to see him complete the work or pay the difference it is going to cost me because of him.

Hi my name is [redacted] in reference to [redacted]'s complaint I had met [redacted] to give him a estimate on some yard clean up I told him I was 2 weeks backed up with work and that I would call him in 2 weeks to confirm doing the yard work. 2 weeks had went by I call several times left messages asking for him to please contact me to confirm date to do work and if I didnt hear from him I would take it as if he got someone else to do the work or didn't want it done. I got no response so I thought he moved on with someone else to do work.
