I own a unit in Leigh's Cove that we are trying to sell or rent and recently discovered that the upstairs unit is leaking water from their bathroom into my unit which is downstairsI called on Monday September 19th and got the run around from maintenance and ended up speaking with the person in charge of the Leigh's Cove ComplexI explained the situation and she said she had sent a message to the owners of the unit upstairs and that we would have to work it outI was alittle surprised at how easily she passed the buck and washed her hands of my situationSo I waited until Wednesday in hopes of hearing from the owners of the upstairs unit but I didnt so I called this woman at Lewis Companies back and she immediately became confrontational and said as long as I was upset she would refuse to help me with my situationThis outfit is the most unprofessional management company it has been my sorry pleasure to do business withAll they care about is getting your payment on timeThey damaged numerous insulated windows througout the complex by using a pressure washer on them and have made no effort to replace the damaged windowsThis is a bush league management company that should be sued for breach of contract
