Please be advised I am the General Manager of the Brewster Green Resort and have been for the past fifteen yearsThis is the first and only complaint we have received in that timeI do apologize for the delay in respondingI have had a death in the family which kept me out of the officeMs
*** made a reservation to arrive at Brewster Green through Resort Condominium IncThe resort profile in the RCI system clearly states the resort No Pet Policy for the safety and comfort for all guestsUpon arrival Ms*** was presented a registration form to include name, address and phone informationAn Acknowledgement of Responsibility is included on the form inside the signature boxMs*** signed the Acknowledgement of responsibility that, again, clearly states the resort No Pet Policy along with notice of fines and possibility of evictionNo less than three staff members witnessed Ms*** party with a dog clearly walked on the property and later in the vehicleMs*** was notified that pets were not allowed on the propertySuch notification was ignored Ms*** was notified and her credit card would be charged according to the resort No Pet Policy that she chose to ignore and disrespect the property and guest of the award winning Brewster Green ResortI firmly believe we were within our rights to charge Ms*** for the infraction as we did, indeed, need to clean the carpets throughout the condominiumShould you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact meThank you

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. It it was not clear that leashed dogs were not allowed in the parking lotOnce that was clarified, the dog never returned to the "property"There were staff members that saw the dog in the parking lot from a visiting relative on the day the above was clarifiedI spoke with the manager week after we checked out and he confirmed that the condo did not need any repairs or cleanings on my accountHe only charged my card as a "deterrent"In any case, upon arrival, the condo smelled like cat litter and was not in "award winning" condition.Please return my $It has been unjustly chargedFurthermore, The customer service you have provided to a service member has been been unacceptableI hope this will be remedied immediately.
