Im writting this letter in reguards to the complaint submitted to the Revdex.com reguarding work done by our company on 12/18/Complaint [redacted] Customer made a complaint reguarding a roof repair that we had done because his roof was leakingWe seen where the leak was coming from and tried to REPAIR the roof with out replacing said roofWe never guarantee repairsWithin our business contract it would not state that the repair was guranteed nor would our company warranty itSaid customer stated that they wanted it repaired again or refundedIn this specific situtation cutomer needed to have more work done that what they had agreed upon wanting, They wanted to have the leak REPAIREDAgian our company went out and tried to repair the said leak and never warrantied a repairSincerely, Lorna GHuman Resources

REPAIR the roof with out replacing said roof. We never guarantee repairs. Within our business contract it would not state that the repair was guranteed nor would our company warranty it. Said customer stated that they wanted it repaired again or refunded. This is our response to the above noted complaint. We feel we should not have taken as long as we did to service Ms. [redacted]. We have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again. I do have to take issue that when we came out to service the gutters our man “stood on the gutter and put a screw in”. After talking to the employee involved he assures me that the gutters were re-pitched correctly. He refutes the statement made by Ms. [redacted]. When the gutter came down it was caused 100% by ice damming. The pitch had absolutely nothing to do with the reason the gutter came down. It was caused by inadequate ventilation of the roof. However instead of getting into a protracted debate as to why this happened we are willing to meet Ms. [redacted] halfway and refund her $300 of the $600 she paid to have the new gutter installed and other gutters re-pitched. I feel this would be a fair and equitable solution to the problem as it stands.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The gutters were not installed years prior. It was merely a month and I contacted the business over 15 times. When I did contact them I would leave a message or be told that someone was coming out or that someone would call me. No one ever did. When someone finally did come out I watched him get on the roof and push the gutter down with his foot and screw it in to the soffit. Never was anything replace or fixed correctly. Afterwards I reached out to them several more times and NO RESPONSE. I paid another contractor $600 to fix the issue with the gutters not draining and he angled them correctly. Not returning calls and not responding to a Revdex.com complaint until a year after it is submitted is quite unprofessional and I would never recommend this company to anybody. They don't return calls, don't warranty anything, customer service is AWFUL, and work is not done correctly.
