Review: Their service claims to merge all the contacts in every one of the social applications in use by the customer.When I signed up, they claimed to have a number of options: It implied that you can upgrade to premium. I wanted to try it out, but it never gave me any option to use it without upgrading. It also implied there are refunds. So I figured I would just try it out and see if it worked. After I entered my card, it just said it charged me for the year. It never gave the option to choose otherwise even though it says it will charge monthly unless you choose to pay for the year. From their FAQ:"What if I'd like to request a refund for my Brewster Premium account?If youd like a refund on your Brewster Premium account, please contact us at [redacted]"That freaked me out, but I went ahead and tried to sync all my contacts. It did not work the way I had hoped, so I decided to cancel my service. But when I wrote to them, they replied saying they do not offer refunds. I have been back and forth with them, and they will not send me a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded
