Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Intredting response Mr***! So what I understand from your response you are saying you guys unplugged your equipment which happens to be maybe inch from the drain they disconnected the plugsIt's very unlikely the drain just came out of the wall all by itself right after they unplugged the equipmentCode blue said that because you told him your equiemt wasn't even near that part of my house so they were responding to a lie you guys made! I understand a lot of who you deal with are dishonest peopleLet me tell you something, the last thing I wanted was another water leak in which we spent hrs alone cleaning upI was in tearsI guess since code blue also is missing ONE pic from everything which would conviently be the pic of your equipment plugged into that outletFunny how that works out for you! If anyone were to look over all the paperwork for our claim it's very obvious how honest I was and didn't claim anything at all as damages! I will not let this go until you assume responsibility which would be apt cheaper for you if this has to continue Just so you know we do have all the picture to prove your not being honest. Melissa

This letter is in response to the Revdex.com Complaint, ***, dated May 14, We received the letter May 18, It is our companies position we did not cause Ms***'s water loss she is claiming as a result of the washing machine hose line being
disconnectedOur company was called out for a water loss via Code Blue, a third party administrator for Ms***'s insurance companyThe origin and damage of her water loss was not in her laundry room where the washing machine in question sits We did not detach her washing machineAll we did in her laundry room was use a 110v outlet to run our equipmentThe outlet is adjacent to the plug for the washing machineHowever, there was no manipulation of the washing machine hoses or the drain line This information was conveyed to Code Blue and they too agreed we cannot be held responsible for the damage since we never detached and reset her washing machine.Sincerely, Mike ***President, Remodeling and Complete Restoration, Inc

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. If the problem was ours I would make a second claim and collect the ins money which is more than I am even asking to be doneI simply asked for you to repair my cabinet that was damagedPlus your story has changed, the first response from you was you ended no where near that room, and now you admit you were. The first picture attached is the zip tie AND the hose out proving it wouldnt make a diffYa know when hey came and plugged in their equipment the wall plays over the outlet broke, which is not big dealMy husband was mad and wanted me to complainI refused as that isn't a big deal and told him I'll replace it. You guys are being dishonest and treating this like im claiming thousands of dollars worth of damageIt's a little cabinetIm the one who spent hours cleaning the water up in tears because we just got done with the other damageIm done arguing and hoped that you take responsibilityI never ever complain, and always honestMy first worry was your guys getting in trouble, I felt bad, that's who I amIt's sad how this is too much to ask of a business who had been around for years. This isn't over.

This letter is in response to the follow up Revdex.com Complaint, [redacted], dated May 27, 2015. We received the letter May 29, 2015. It is still our companies position we did not cause Ms. [redacted]'s water loss she is claiming as a result of the washing machine hose line being disconnected. Attached are photos of the drain line hose. This drain line hose is "zip tied" to the water intake hose. If we disconnected this line we would have had to cut the "zip tie". We have been in business 29 years. Our company has been an Elite Preferred contractor of Code Blue, a nationwide administrator for insurance companies, for 8 years. We are not perfect. However, when we make a mistake we are quick to fix and resolve the problem. We cannot see how we could be held responsible for Mrs. [redacted]'s loss. We did not move her washing machine and we did not disconnect the lines. We cannot be held responsible by simply being in the room. Also attached are the Certificates of Satisfaction for the work we performed. And a Risk Assessment form. This Form is used for inspections of a multitude of water lines in the house. Sincerely; Mike [redacted]President, Remodeling ServicesAnd Complete Restoration, Inc.
