I am a part of pay-to-join program Breyer/Reeves calls the "Collector Club", they started this program in At that time and through Oct you could purchase membership renewal that was supposed to add months to the end of your current membershipI bought my first membership in Jan and have records of each renewal payment through showing I've paid for 6years of membershipYou need this "membership" to also purchase exclusive release products in upto other clubs My problem is they are changing their membership model and NOT honoring my existing PAID membership duesTheir initial email indicates they are using my last renewal as my membership end date (which is incorrect)This will effectively cause me to be "ineligible" to purchase the last releases of the VC & SMCC Club products that I am a current in good standing member ofThis is not acceptableDeposits were required and made in good faith as per the terms in place at the time of deposit

I am rejecting this response because:**With the note, I still have access to the Collector Club and Online Special Runs AS I SHOULD, which should continue without interruption through Dec 31, 2017. (I will know after November 1st, at which point I will update unless I get CLEAR confirmation my collector club membership WILL continue through Dec 31, 2017, with the FULL ability to enter for or purchase special runs as they become available
I've previously attached files that show I have (years) paid in full memberships that are (possibly) not being honored per the terms at the time purchasedIt was understood that you could *extend* your Collector Club membership by purchasing the renewal option at anytime (the wording said it would add 12months to your membership end date)NOWHERE did it _ever_ indicate you would RESET your membership due date(effectively shorting you paid "months" of membership)That means that hundreds of customers were unknowingly paying for TWO memberships if they renewed before the previous purchase dateYet we were not provided with entries in drawings for limited editions or for exclusive special runsFor those type of rarer collectibles, this is a "big deal".I have been given confirmation that I WILL receive access to my Specialty Club models, so I want to make sure my Collector Club membership is honored through the end of Dec 31, 2017. Thank you VERY much to all whom this concerns for your time and efforts to resolve this matter!

The order I placed on Dec2nd was affirmed by description on the website that the item I purchased was available and ready to ship within the time allottedHowever, after phone calls to check the status of the order and two promises that I would be contacted (and was not), I finally received a call on Dec29th to inform me that an inventory issue occurred in their respective warehouseThis issue, they stated, disallowed them to fulfill my orderI was not contacted for business days indicating that my order would not be fulfilledIt was also told to me that my order is one of multiple orders that fell into the same problemThe company cannot produce the product they stated would be available to me in a specific amount of time, and they neglected to contact me via email or phone after phone calls before telling me I was not receiving my order over the course of business days

Response:The customer had previously contacted us and we responded via email, addressing her concerns about receiving her remaining 2 shipments of the Stablemates Collector Club, as well as the Vintage Club Stablemates bonus. She will be receiving all of these shipments to complete her membership...

This is an excerpt of the email that was sent to Ms. Arb, addressing the concerns she stated in her Desired Settlement: "...That being said, you do not need to renew your membership in order to receive the remainder of your benefits for the Vintage and Stablemates Collectors’ Clubs. These are calendar year programs for which you have already paid in full. Additionally, you have kept both of your clubs current and you are a member in good standing, and as such, there is not an issue with you receiving your final Vintage Stablemates or your last two Stablemates Club models...." I believe [redacted] concerns arose out of her misunderstanding of how the memberships work. We have been in contact with the consumer and address her concerns.
