Do not buy anything from them.
They have the worst customer service ever.
I ordered one for my wife's birthday, I even paid extra for *** shipment.
After my wife's birthday past and I was empty handed, they send me a *** tracking number. I checked the *** website, they say that they are waiting for the package and they only order the label!!!!
I wish I had never seen their website.
Worst experience ever.

My order no.*** , order items is everlasting rose 30 large size set . Order value 4400 USD.
After waiting more than month for delivery and after many follow up emails they send wrong size then I tried to contact them by email to explain the situation but no response at all .
I don’t have any telephone number.
Now I don’t know what to do !
I bought this order for a customer of mine and I can not deliver to him .
This is totally unprofessional and I will never buy from them again.
It was a wrong and stupid decision when I thought to buy from them . and now I want my 4400 USD money back or to get the right products .

Rosephoria is a scam and false advertisement. The product looks nothing like in the pictures and they have hundreds of complaints. They promised to refund the money because it arrived damaged and super late... I’m still waiting for my money back.

Placed an order online in mid December 2018. Charged and paid for the order. Order arrived two weeks later, but it was missing the rose. Wrote numerous emails and after a month, no replies. No phone number to call. Filed a credit card charge dispute given incomplete order. Alex from Rosephoria finally emailed me and completed the delivery of missing part of order. Order issues resolved after about 6 weeks. Poor customer service, slow replies and no other way of getting company attention other than filing a credit card charge dispute.

I never received product.
After being charged and expected delivery date passed, I did not receive a response to inquiries made via both email and website portal.
I recommend consumers stay away.

Got my a crappy product and returned it at their request with an email stating they would give me a refund. Rose was returned. No refund yet. Lousy customer service

They never gave me my product!!!!!!!!
