I met with the homeowners (customer) and identified some defects, although some of their claims were incorrect I agreed to make the necessary repairs, and that work will be completed soon

Finally after 4-calls and a complain to Revdex.com the roofing company call me and we where able to set up a appointment for Oct
*** and Me went up on the roof to see the and figure it out where the water was coming and he mention that I needed to replace the skylight, I also show him some cracks in the roof that they replace, but nothing was offer to me not even to repair some of the cracks or a temporary repair ,for the Problem, so realistic noting was accomplish, other then a estimate to replace the skylight for the amount of $3750.00, no Discount was offer or repairs where offer at this time
I am not really satisfy with their response to this matter and I have a feeling that they are not willing to do any repair for what it was offer to me, and no other alternative was offer
I am not a roofer but I also feel this matter should it be corrected when they re-roof and re-coat by bringing the roof a little bit over the skylight and that may be have avoid the water leak, but like I mention, I am not in the roofing business
I will be happy to give them the work if at least they will offer other alternatives of repair and not only one

Hello,We performed the masonry repair work as per our contract and change order (both documents attached) The specific area the homeowner complained about are the knee walls that flank both sides of the front steps and porch area The mortar joints were tuck pointed as per our scope of
work, and the mortar color selected was a dark charcoal color Although the work was done correctly, the mortar joints appear to be discoloring, due to efflorescence We suspect that there is trapped moisture in the walls, as a result of the lack of flashing below the limestone coping caps, and it is bleeding out We offered to grind out the joints and perform the tuckpointing work again, at no cost to Mr***However, we do not feel that this will be a permanent repair, as the trapped moisture within those walls will continue to bleed outAdditionally, we offered to rebuild the affected walls at a discounted rateMr*** expressed his interest in this option, so I am now working on pricing for that repairWe will provide him with a quote this week.Please advise - what are the next steps?Thank you.Regards,Brian LAllendorfer Jr.Brian Allendorfer Co., Inc.*** *** *** *** ***Chicago, IL 60651###-###-####[email protected]

Brian Allendorfer contacted me prior to responding to complaint *** and made the same offer to me along with agreeing to meet me at the property to point out exactly where the work will be doneHe can bring the tuckpointers, ***s and Sons, along to so that we are all on the same page. If he complies to his agreement and the scope of his work is agreeable to me I would accept his proposal. One other thing to consider is a start and completion date

This is not a valid complaint. We have no contract with the consumer that filed the complaint. We are not working for him or the condominium association he claims to represent. We are working for an individual condominium unit...
