Made appointment for estimate it was a no call no show the never came out.
My furnace was on the fritz on one of the coldest days so far this year. I called and left a message after hours asking for an estimate the next day. Debbie, the estimator/owner called me that evening to let me know she received the message and would be out the following morning. She let me know an approximate amount it would cost as I had been given an amount from another company that was very high. After researching the brand they use, [redacted], I was happy to have called them. Debbie came out as she said in the morning and by early afternoon, her installers were on their way with my new furnace. Thank you for your kindness and understanding when I was upset and letting me know the options available.

This company has made no attempt to resolve this issue. They continue to write letters about what they believed happened that day, Brain was here not the young lady writing the letter. She is speaking in a third party. They are not coming up with any resolutions, just writing which is becoming redundant. Plain and simple [redacted] preformed a job without giving us a written or verbal price before performing the job, which is a violation of our rights. We are going to proceed with what we need to do to get our money back from this company. This company need to man up to their mistake.
