Electrical Contract was paid in full June 2019. The work was supposed to be completed August 2019. I have not hered from Brian Benn since November 2019. In November we spoke through text and he said I understand your mad apologized for the inconvenience he has caused and he said he would come back to finish the job if I wanted or give me a refund for the unfinished work. I said ok I would like the work completed but will settle for the inside work completed and the reimbursement for the outside electrical portion since the cold weather was here. I received no reimbursement, the inside work is not completed. I have not hered from him, he has not responded to text, email and phone calls since November 2019.
