We offered an appointment several times to see her so we could find out what was causing the problems. They refused each time. Stating it was to far to drive and they had moved since we last saw her. There is no guarantee on dental work. Without seeing the patient I have no idea as to what is causing her problem. Her husband was told I need to see her to find out what was causing her the problem. But they refused to make an appointment unless we paid for gas, mileage, childcare and wages lost by traveling to our office. I did offer to pay for gas. Never heard of someone charging $500.00 for a consultation and $10,000.00 to fix a tooth.

No Guarantee for dental work??? That says a lot about your service and work ethic. I sent current X-rays of the problem, so they do know what the issue is now. I also sent a copy of the bill our current dentist gave us to fix the problems. It will not just be 1 tooth that needs repaired, one tooth on each side of the broken tooth also needs to be crowned and bonded ,for it all to work properly, any real dentist can tell you that. he should know that. He never offered to pay for gas, that is a straight out lie. Why would we return to supposedly get the problem fixed, he had a perfect opportunity to do it right the first and second time she went. On the return trip, all he did was put some cheap glue on the tooth and charged her an extra $200, does that sound like someone I would go back to and seek further treatment. That would just be putting her in more danger. He already hates the fact that some one called him out on his skills and performance, he may do more harm if she did ever go back. No appointment was ever offered. He was very hateful and told me he just wanted to "be done". Not trying to fix the issue, just wanted the problem to go away. His attitude is very aggressive every time I have talked to him. He knew what the issue was on the return visit , because they did x-rays on that day, but he failed to fix the problem or tell her that the implant was broken. That in itself is malpractice. Return of funds is the only recourse I have since I am unwilling to have her go through anymore agony at his hands. And cause further damage or simply overlook the REAL problems she has. He was informed of all the pain and sensitivity she was having and he never addressed any of those issues. As far as the cost to repair all the issues she has, those are the going rates in our area for our dentist. Never heard of someone charging $4600 for dental work and not stand behind their word or work. We never refuse to go back for another appointment, but like I said , why put her though more harm. On the second visit, we also witnessed another patient coming into the office for a "repair". I would like to see what kind of training he has had in the last five years and if he is currently licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Oklahoma. And have there been any other states he has worked in, so I can follow up on his credentials?
