I am rejecting this response because:The response from the business is inaccurate and unacceptableI should not have had to repeatedly request the removal of this amount for almost months after I made multiple attempts to communicate with them and explained their error several times.When *** left me a voicemail she stated she had spoken to the VA and that the VA claimed I was responsible, this was a statementI still have the voicemail where she made this statement.When I called the VA Fee Based Services Manager at (254)743-before contacting the Revdex.com the VA Fee Based Services Manager stated that the VA "Had no record of contact with anyone from *** ***r's Office".During my last conversation with *** about the billing error which she refused to correct she stated "She had not actually spoken to the VA and that someone else in her office told her to bill me the amount directly".I reject their remarks about me calling them "Angrily", my only tone was of frustration and disappointment due to the fact I KNEW she was LYING to meI have not received a billing statement from the *** ***r Office stating that I have a zero balance.Included are additional monthly statements that reveal they continued to ignore me and attempted to bully me into paying the $because they were to lazy or racist to make the simple change over many months.Included is a statement from the VA where it shows an additional payment of $for unknown services at the *** ***r Office even though I did not receive treatment nor does $reflect on any past billsWhy?When I receive a current statement with an amount of $owed I will be satisfied & consider the matter resolved, however, I have asked the VA to investigate all of the charges made by their billing department for accuracy
