I received two surgeries performed by Dr. [redacted] G. ** for cataract removal and lens implant. In the handout I received a quote was "Our goal is to reduce or eliminate your need for glasses or contact lenses in a friendly and professional atmosphere with minimal incovenience." My last appointment there in March I informed Dr. [redacted], a follow-up doctor, that there was no improvement in my vision. She made up a new pair of glasses that would improve my vision, but they were no better than the glasses I already had. Paying out all that money and going through the surgeries, I have the same vision I had prior to surgery.I sent a letter to Dr. ** last month telling him how disappointed I was with the results and asked for a refund of the money I paid, I have not received a phone call or letter to even acknowledge my concerns.I would like to warn others of the lack of improvement I received and the lack of customer service from Texas Eye Surgery Center.
