Did a great job. Having been a commercial contractor for[redacted] earned my respect for being a well informed and a customer oriented custom home builder. His knowledge of coastal construction dramatically helped in providing a quality built structure. Addionally he anticipated many details and options and included them in his pricing without change orders, as compared to other builders. Would highly recommend Brian Daniels Conststruction Co.

From the first introductory meeting and through the construction phase, Brian Daniel totally impressed us with his knowledge and hands-on attention to detail. Builder selection for our home was crucial, as the construction plans were very detailed with a tremendous amount of custom trim. Just any builder simply would not do. We "hit the ball out of the park" with Brian Daniel. He was familiar with our architect's work and enthusiastically accepted the job. Brian Daniel was in all respects up to the task, as were his excellent collection of subs. We couldn't be happier with our new home. Brian Daniel is a fine builder and a good man.
