Review: I order a hula hoop on May **,2014 from their website [redacted] which I have not received. They charged me $63.50 in total with shipping and tax that I paid for. They took out the money out of my bank account but yet on their website it says Pending next to my order number. I have contacted them and talked to a guy that said the order should have not went through and that he will call me back after he sees if they have any more hoops that way if I wanted the one he had or If I wanted him to give me back the money. The guy never called me back, I called and called back the following number below including emailed them. I have not received a called back or an email, they also have not returned my money back and we are now in July. I have my confirmation order receipt that they sent me when I ordered the hoop, incase you need it for proof also a print screen of my order saying pending still even though they took out the money since May. I listed their contact information below.
This is the contact info I got from their website.
