My tax preparation has been timely for many years.During this tax season a legal dispute had ensued between my two client’s whom I have prepared their tax returns for severalyears.I had no choice but to withdraw from representing either due to the conflict of interest between them.I did not become aware of the litigation until April 1, 2016.Most all professionals receive payments in advance so the costs of the business can be paid and the services can be delivered.I mailed complainants' Trust the other dayHe only needs to get the documents notarized for basic estate planning objectives.However, this is a technical estate plan involving community and separate property and may require additional expense.Due to the impending legal dispute between the client’s most all issues will become moot

Today I processed a Merchant Chargeback Advice to return 100% of card holder funds.This matter should be closed as of todayBrian Farrow

Without a doubt, the service period to perfect the Trust was egregious - a fact supported by the incomplete status of the Trust today. As the Trust was paid for in advance (Circa 2014), and the final product is incomplete, a partial refund is a reasonable expectation
