I just wanted to take time out and recognize [redacted] ***, owner and operator of The Top Tree Services I had a tree in my back yard, about one foot off the house, I had a neighbor give me one of [redacted] business cardsI contacted [redacted] on a Tuesday around lunch, when I called I got an answering machine,around o'clock he called me back (very plesent and professional on the phone) He said that he would be by the following day at whatever time was most convenient for me (now a day's you are typically on someone else's schedule, and have to wait) I requested to meet him at 3pm, he was at my house at 2:45pm We then went to the backyard to look at the tree I wanted to have removed, while back there he explained everything that he was going to do, this made me feel very confident in his abilities to complete the job (and he had a copy of his business license and insurance policy) He quoted me a price which was very reasonable and I decided on the spot to have him take on this job On Wednesday [redacted] had msutility come out and mark the underground lines in my backyard (I never ever thought about the lines and how a tree coming down in pieces could potentially damage them) [redacted] showed up at am on Thursday (as he said he would) and he and his crew began the job I was a little worried at first because he actually climbed the tree vsusing a bucket truck, but as he explained to me during the estimate, he has more control over the tree and can see things companies that use bucket trucks cannot [redacted] and his crew completed the job in the time he said it would be completed, and everything was above and beyond my expectation (he even ground the stump), you would not even know a tree was in my backyard, I was just amazed with his overall professionalism and the job that was done I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of this service
