[redacted] removed my wisdom teeth about a month ago. I thought he was a very kind doctor and made me feel very comfortable. I ended up getting dry sockets and had to go back in a few more times. His friendly staff got me in right away. Both [redacted] and his staff were great to deal with. I highly recommend!

I was sent by my primary dentist to Brian J Blocher DDS to have a molar removed due to several severe pain conditions I have and his office offered sedation and nitrogen oxide(laughing gas). I opted for the laughing gas due to cost and am now glad I didn't allow them to put me under. When I asked about my roommate coming with me, I was told no one else was allowed in the room. I went alone against my better judgement. I was x-rayed and immediately given a small mask to wear over my nose and told to take several deep breathes through my nose. I've had laughing gas on other dental procedures and knew there was a problem immediately. On other occasions the gas is given up until the point of tooth extraction, but this was quite different. They gave the gas for approximately 2 minutes, just long enough to be given the Novocaine injections. I was then left alone in the room. During this time the gas was in effect one of the female employees stood in the open doorway and proceeded to say things like, 'Cereal, mash potatoes' she repeated this several times while laughing. She must have though I wasn't aware of what she was doing, until I gave her a look as if to say, 'Seriously!' Shortly after this the dentist and aide walked in, by this time the gas had well wore off. While the dentist pretended to read my file the aide rocked back and forth on her feet all the while stepping on the hose that went to the mask. At first I didn't think she realized she was doing it on purpose until I saw her smile at me, it made me so fearful that I wanted to leave. At this point the dentist pushed my bottom jaw down and injected me with Novocaine. Now at 43 yrs old I've been to the dentist several times and I have never had a dentist give me a injection and twist the needle in my mouth. I've had them reposition it but never twist it several times. He then gave me another injection and proceeded to do the same thing. By the time I left I was just thankful to be away from these psychotic people. I was given a prescription for codiene which in my chart clearly states I have a severe allergy to and told I could go home. I highly suggest to anyone looking for a sedation dentist to find another one, unless you're into pain and let people mentally mess with your head.
