Brian K [redacted] oversaw and worked on a project of adding a downstairs full bath to my home I'm a senior with health issues and foresee my inability to tackle the stairs much longerThe project required "bumping out" as there was not space enough in the footprint of the house; Also using some space space from the attached garage, and unfortunately vital storage space in the kitchenThe resulting bathroom is perfect and fills all the needs for someone including a roomy shower with handicap access when neededThe hardest part for me was losing the overhead cabinet and lower cupboard space in the kitchen...This was resolved to my satisfaction with Brian's placing the upper cabinet at degrees to its original position AND remodeling the lower cupboard as a mobile island with casters which fits also in the degree niche I am happy with this and find it innovative and thoughtful Better than my expectations! The project required "bumping out" as there was not space enough in the footprint of the house; Also using some space space from the attached garage, and unfortunately vital storage space in the kitchen.
The resulting bathroom is perfect and fills all the needs for someone including a roomy shower with handicap access when needed.

I am happy with this and find it innovative and thoughtful. Better than my expectations!

We hired Brian Kology Associates to remodel our home. The design service, attention to detail, customer service plus all the carpenters, electricians, plumbers etc who worked on our remodel were experts in their field, polite and always cleaned up after themselves. It was a long 8 months or so of work but, we are so happy we chose Brian and his wonderful team to create our beautiful new home.
