02/0S/2013. She did pay the $10.00 fee to have one (1) copy of her transcripts sent to Georgia Piedmont Technical College. [redacted] called In again on March 7th, 2018 to let me know that her school still had not yet received her transcripts and that she was very upset with the fact that they were not there. I explained to her that we have hired new employees in the business office and I was not sure why they have not been received by her school's registrar's office to this point. I told her that I would get her transcripts in the mail to Georgia Piedmont and one to her at no additional costs to her that day which were sent out with the afternoon mail on March 7th. she then told me that the reason Fortis did not send her transcripts out was because "the people I talked to are [redacted] racist and thafs why you never sent them, and I am calling the Revdex.com to report you " I assured her that that was not the reason as I have no idea what race you are, but you are entitled to your own opinion and you have to do what is best for you and what you think is right. She seemed to be fine as we concluded the phone call and I thought that the subject was a resolved matter.I can assure you that we at Fortis treat every student, both current and past, with the same attitude and respect that we would wish to be treated. Ms, [redacted] has every right to be upset that her school had not received her transcript, however, I just began working in the Business Office about 3 weeks ago and can neither confirm or deny who she spoke with or the nature of their conversation. To begin with there is nothing wrong with Mr. [redacted] washer. My service man went out and checked it and it spins great! The washers are made to put water in the spin cycle to help rinse out the soap. Mr. [redacted] told us that she let the washer sit for days's so we could smell. (Full of dirty...
water and clothes). (Of course it smelled!). And we wont go out till someone answer's the phone and she never did! Mrr. [redacted] came in wanting her money back but never said anything about allergic reaction till a month later. After we couldn't find a problem. We will upgrade Tue washer that is not a problem but they are all used and come with Tue same warranty Parts and labor only! We don't warranty for smells! They are used! Tide sells a cleanout at all stores now for washers because the front load washer's have a big prob with smells even my own washer has smells and I have used the the tide cleanout myself it works. Mr. [redacted] is the only one that has ever complained about this to us. We sell used washers with a part & labor warranty only as she agreed to when she got it. She signed the contract and that is why this is not a light complaint. OwnerL.
