Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
I was giving payment arrangements on my billI was told that I could still see the Drif payments were madeWhich they were while I was actually able to get in to see himThe issue here was that
once I was giving said arrangements I would have an appointment scheduled to see the DrI was always notified the day before said visit and was told that, " We are canceling your appointment for tomorrow unless the balance of your account was paid in full when you come in tomorrow for your appointment"! At that time of seeing the DrI was on State DisabilityAlthough, I was given payment arrangements to pay said bill every appointment that I had with the Drthe appointments that was made was canceled the day before unless I paid my account in full. I received a letter from the Drstating that, "I expressed dissatisfaction with our payment polices both to office staff and the Revdex.com". Now because I have done this the Drhas refused to see me and referred me to another physician. I put trust in my Dr.'s who are taking care of my body as anyone shouldI also trust the people who are operating the business side of it as wellFor me this has become a nightmare as I have had to deal with a flip-flop office arrangementsThis was not of my doing! I was not the one to set up said payment arrangements I just agreed to pay them!
Regards,

As stated in our initial response, we ACKNOWLEDGE:
-the patient was offered a payment plan
-that plan was $per month
-we rescinded the offer of that plan, and instead required 1/payment of balance to continue to be seen
We DISPUTE that:
-Patient made all monthly payments of $She did notShe paid nothing in December and nothing in January
-Patient's non-payment in December and January was due to us asking for 1/paymentWe did not rescind her payment plan until late February when the biller made the office staff aware that she had missed paymentsSo her non-payment in those two months was not due to our actions, but due to her personal circumstances, as confirmed in a conversation with her husband a few weeks ago when he said they missed payments because of his work situation
We feel the patient and her husband understand that payment needs to be made on her large balanceObviously, there is a history of payments that are recorded which support why we have handled her account the way in which we haveShe has every right to disagree with our policiesShe also has every right to see another doctor to continue her treatments, which we feel is the best solution for her ongoing care
