1-21-Revdex.comSan Diego, Ca Regarding complaint *** Dear Sir or Madam Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. The “client” *** *** first became my client in March of 2012. He renewed his policy in April of and then again for the
current term of April 2014. In October of the client contacted us to see if we could add names to his policy? We said yes we could and do it all the time but there would be an additional charge for the Additional Insured certificates that the entities requested will require. He gave us the names but we had to get back to him for their addresses. We contacted the carrier for the rate quote. It came in at $plus fees. We thought that was high as we have done these for others and the price was reduced. We received the reduced price and gave this to the client. He said go forward. We did and sent (via email) him the certs and invoice at the reduced rate. He then refused to pay the invoice saying “we were trying to Squeeze him”. The COMPANY sent his the notice of cancellation for non-pay. I hope this clears up the complaint. We have attached all pertinent paper work and emails to show our position and contactsPlease feel free to call if you have and further questions or need clarification Thank you*** *** *** ***

I'm sorry but I can not have any further response, The insurance carrier is quite resolute in this matter.

Review: I paid for a 12 month pedicab insurance policy and the agent/carrier cancelled the policy after 9 months for non-payment. Based upon the originally entered agreement, which did not specify a charge for the service I requested that they are basing the cancellation upon.Desired Settlement: Refund $125.00

We thought that was high as we have done these for others and the price was reduced. We received the reduced price and gave this to the client. He said go forward.
