Brian Pearsall

Review: Brian Pearsall charged me 1600 for a pellet stove, I was given a receipt, and was told he would install my stove the following week. During the purchase process he was extremely quick to get back to me, and had excellent customer service,however since he took my money, (he cashed my check) he has not responded to any phone calls, has failed to show up without notice to THREE scheduled times, and I fear I may have lost my money. He is a scam artist for sure. Total sham.Desired Settlement: I want him to either install the stove, deliver the stove uninstalled and I will find a more reputable person to install it, or refund me all of my $1600 so I can get a different stove from a more honest businessman.
