got the first phone call from [redacted] on Tuesday the [redacted] in the morning (we have no record of a call to our office on the [redacted]), after a little investigation we found out what may have happened and that it needs to be removed, we told [redacted] it will be removed that same day before the end of the day on the [redacted] and so we did as you could see below from our truck tracking, it is mind boggling that the explanation and promise of removing the unit that day wasn’t understood by the home owner and that it needed to get to this report………………….
