I have since had another plumber come out and fix the original problem that Mr Scroggins said he fixedMr Scroggins not only did not fix the problem he also did not honor his month warrantyI did in fact call the other Scroggins pluming to ask them to come look at the problem I was having due to the fact that I originally thought that was who I was dealing withMrScroggins (dad) did say that he would be happy to come look at any other plumbing issues I had but due to the fact that his son was the one that had previously worked on this leak he felt it would be best if I had an outside opinion and recommended an honest plumber to come look at it for meI have currently sent in a receipt to my bank showing that the job MrScroggins was hired to do was completed by another companyMrScroggins did not leave me an invoice of his work nor would he return my calls or text when I voiced a concern about the work that was completed and the fact that the same leak was still happeningI have since had another plumber come and fix the problem.

The fact that in the merchant’s response he talks about my house shows how unprofessional he isIn his response he even admits that when he first saw the leak he wanted to dig up my concrete slab to find the leakHad I not insisted that he check the washer first who knows how much damage he would have caused my homeThat does not sound like an experienced plumber to meThe merchant refused to return any of my calls or text after he performed the serviceThis service while unneeded and a scam also came with a month warranty which the merchant appears to have no intent of honoringI have called his number at least two different timesWhen my washer runs it shakes causing the tube to come lose again and my bedroom floor to get wet which was the entire reason for the serviceSince the day it was fixed I have had the EXACT same problem at least twiceThe merchant did not fix the problem and did work that did not need to be completed

Company said that he spoke with the customer and is offering a refund

To whom it may concern,     In regards to the accuation above.  Neither myself nor any of my employees turned the old valve going to the old pool house on at anytime during any of our visits to this residence.  I asked each of my employees and they said they did not turn on...

the valve. We do not touch old turn style gate valves due to the fact that they can start leaking when turning on and off, or the stem on the valves can break leaving them in the on or off position. The customer noted in her statement above that she was aware of a leak in the pool house via the home inspection but did not notice the water in her pool house until her first water bill. A period of time in which anyone could have turned the valve on. The old gate valve at that time should have been labeled as "Do not turn on" or "broken". The valve could/should  of also been capped off or replaced and labeled prior to any work being done on the home. We were not maid aware of any such leak prior to our work at the home. The home inspector was the last know person to touch the valve leading to an outside pool house where the leak is. There are many possibilities, but to accused me or my guys beyond a reasonable doubt is absurb. My guess would be the old gate valve was either not properly shut off or broken. The old gate valve appeared to be an original vale approximately 50 to 60 years old. It is possible that when the home inspector turned the valve off if did not shut off all the way. There were numerous people working in the home. There are multiple possibilities of what could have happened.  This could have been prevented if the valve was labeled or homeowner would have told contractor to remove or replaced the valve prior to the upstairs remodel.  The leak in question mind you was in an exterior building in which no one would know about unless made aware of. Bottom line we did not turn the valve on.     [redacted]

Ms. [redacted] called me in regards to a water leak appearing in her bedroom; upon arrival I noticed the house was a concrete slab and appeared she had a leak underneath the concrete, in which I advised her I would have to investigate the source of the water. Ms....

[redacted] ran the washing machine and she advised me the water was coming out of the stand pipe in which indicates the drain for the washing machine being stopped up. The water was overflowing and collecting onto the bedroom floor. At that time I advised Ms. [redacted] that her drain needed to be unstopped with a clean out being installed to access the blockage. Ms. [redacted] and I agreed on a price of $250.00 prior to the repair in which Ms. [redacted] printed and signed for authorization. At the end of the job she signed for completion, she also paid with a credit card and signed the credit card receipt for payment.
After we cleaned the drain we pulled out debris & hair from the blockage. The washer hose was pushed out of the drain due to the pressure from the blockage. I then secured the washer hose into the drain. Ms. [redacted] called me the next day and was making an accusation that the washer hose was out of the pipe the entire time but with my experience as a Master Plumber for 7 years the drain was indeed backed up due to the debris that I pulled out of the drain line and due to the fact that the drain cable was hesitating inside the drain indicating the blockage as well as water spilling out of the stand pipe.
In my professional opinion Ms. [redacted] was trying to intentionally dismiss the bill.
