I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I don't understand Brians response he is either lying to me or your organization because the last time I talked to him he said those items weren't on the report because he doesn't inspect for those situations now he is saying they are on report and he's pointed it out? Which story is accurate? Show me proof via picture those were inspected and identifiedIf it cannot be proven then reimbursement and insurance claims need to be filed

I am requesting an extension on the days, due to the fact that I am in Suomi Canada with my family I will be back in the office on July 5th I do not have access to the report until then!I am very sorry for the delay, there is limited service here!thank you for your
