I have had my jeep to multiple jeep mechanics and three separate jeep dealershipsPersistent issue with the death wobble/shake for years, with alignments, tire replacements, and mechanical work to fix the problem---to no avail FINALLY went to Brian's Motorsports and the problem appears to be fixedJust above excellent customer service, they did not keep my jeep for weeks (as seems customary for the dealerships and other mechanics), excellent rates, and very knowledgeable (as also evidenced by the stack of jeeps they had waiting to be picked up by their owners)I won't be taking my jeep anywhere elseWe also got a set of tires and will be doing rotations through here so that we can continue to monitor the front endI cannot recommend Brians high enough

These guys are awesome!!! Highly recommendedNot pushy towards certain productsThey will build exactly what you want and educate you on the products they install and give their recomendationsGive them a shout!

I purchased a set of rims that were to big for my carThe rims rubbed really badI was told to come back three days in a row with no results
I ended up ordering a smaller rim which I was told had the same price as the first set of rims with no proof I spent cash I was quoted one day and the next day I was quoted for the same rimsI then discovered that they had cut holes in my fender liners the size of softballsI called the dealership and and ask them to replace them and I was told to replace them myselfThey was very rude and disrespectful even BRIAN!!! Chris and Brian were very disrespectfulI had to replace my fender protectors at my own expenseThey are terrible!!! I think they have issues with certain peopleI will never do business there again and also discourage anyone else from doing soOn one visit to the store I had my two nephews with meWhen we came in one the salesmen said " you brought the whole TRIBE with you" The same day Brian ask

Got windows tinted on my new car and they scratch my car and would not owe up to it
We have taken all our vehicles to them to have them tint our windowsThey do an awesome job at thatMy husband for a mother's day present took my car to get the windows tintedWhich they did a great jobHe took pictures in their parking lot of my car to get them a good review on facebook, this was on FridaySaturday morning I go to get in my car and I noticed the scratches on the my side passenger door, where something was rubbing up against itI called on Monday and they told me to bring it downI could till TuesdayI get there Tuesday and they look at it and tried to say it was from a shopping cartWhich I can straight home that night and plus no dent and shopping cart can put little scratches it inThey said they had to ask the tint guyOf, course he will own up to it right?? I'm a Christian woman and I didn't get in fight over this but I'm honest and I would go their if I didn't know
