I was shocked when I read the consumers story about being cold all weekend when we did not comeI had a text saying there boiler was being sent between the 29th and Jan 5thIf they were willing to wait until the 5th they could have waited until the 2ndI originally went to their home one week before the of DecemberI gave them several options to replace the BoilerThey told me it had been broken since February the year before which was a much colderThey said at the time they could not afford itThat being said I gave them a price that included Boiler, materials and labor they said they could not afford it this was one week before December 29thThe Second option was the Buy the boiler at my cost on credit card and I would not mark upThat wasn't an option eitherFinally one week before Dec 29th , they said their mom would purchase the Boiler at [redacted] ***This time I was told the Boiler would arrive between December 29th and January 5thI came on the 29th because they called and told me it would be there, we collected the $, we completely disconnected the Boiler and moved it out of the wayWe waited until 2:30pm we left and the Boiler came about 3:00pmI explained that nights and weekends are extra money and they were not able to do thatI explained that we would be back on Monday because we got extra on weekends and HolidaysI had two men disconnecting the Boiler and we waited until 2:for delivery

The deposit check was dated Dec 7th and I was not able cash it before that dateThe permit has been pulledThe deposit is non refundable

This man wanted me to install a Radiator for freeI told him it cost just to purchase and he would have to pay to installlook at the copy of the enclosed contracthe owes me moneyHe signed it
