Briana J Credit Repair

I paid Briana J 149 to repair my wife and I credit. No work was done with the proposed timeframe. Requested refund and she did not want to.
I paid Briana J on 12/13/2020, she was supposed to be repairing my wife and I credit. She did not do anything until 01/02/2020. She said that the file will be updated every 30 days, but the next time it was updated for us was on 03/10/2020 and 03/11/2020 for my wife. I had to keep calling her in order to even get the report updated. I reached our again at 6:59 pm EST to see why it has not updated. She told me that we would need to pay $59/month for her to continue, because she is needing to maintain her household and keep the supplies she need to assist her clients. I asked For a refund, and she told me that I cannot get a refund until after 6 months of no results. I told her to cancel our services. I then asked her if she was licensed to do credit repairs and she blocked me on Facebook. She is VERY unprofessional and I would NEVER refer anybody to her.

I paid this young lady $50 for Credit Repair, over the last few months she has been messaging me on Facebook Messenger and my phone requesting money.
I am a victim of Scam from this so Call Credit Repair Service. I became a client of Mrs. J back in July 2019, however this young lady would get mad because I wasn't able to pay on a Credit Monitoring so she could fight the Consumors on my Credit Report, things wasn't falling off like she promised. I began to get Phone Calls threatening to drop me as a Client if I didn't keep the Service, so I continued, then after that she would send messages to my phone, Facebook Messenger, and calls asking for money to feed her and her Family, then she needed a Phone, because her kids dropped it in water, she needed money for postage to mail out letters, then advertising Specials for her service, and continued calls to get Clients because she really needed the money. I contacted her for my refund she told me I didn't qualify and she contacted me to see if I could get someone to join ASAP because she owed someone a refund. I would like to see this person charged for Fraudulent Advertising and for not Refunding me my $50. Thanks for your attention.

Paid this company for credit repair services but never received any type of service so I requested a refund I was told refund would be issued within 30 days so after 30 days I reached out to owner regarding my refund & wasn't able to receive my refund instead I got the run around & a very unprofessional attitude about receiving my money back from the owner & her husband this company is very unprofessional & is unable of running a credit repair company since their online page is always down due to the owner not paying her bill & now I see why she is always running specials on her services because she needs the money but don't fullfil the services customers pay for PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IT'S A BIG SCAM!
