Response:Customer [redacted] has laminate floor on his bedroom and that makes the bottom legs and slats of his beds slideWe recommend to all of our customers with laminate floor to put a rug underneath their beds to avoid any kind of breakageMr [redacted] called and said his rails had broken, normally due to his floor this wouldn't count as a manufacturer defectWe purchased the rails and paid for them ourselves and told him the rails were available for pick upHowever, Mr [redacted] called again and said he wanted us to deliver them, he was notified that they will be a $delivery charge for Patterson and that we would waive the price for the railsHe agreed to pay the $delivery fee which included the uninstall of the old rails and new installation of the new railsWe attempted to deliver to him and he said he didn't have the $50.00, so we told him to call back when he had the cashWe tried to deliver again on February 28th and he said he no longer wanted the bed, that he refused to pay the $delivery fee and that he would bring back the bed to our store on Sunday March 4thHis bed was financed with American First Finance, he said he will no longer make payments to the finance company, that he will cancel his bank account and that he will take us to courtRails were sent back to the manufacturerHe is more than welcome to come and purchase the rails cash, and pick them up here

I feel I shouldn't have to pay anything because I wasn't told beforehand about the floor its not my fault they sent there own guys to install the bed they should have said something then they should have to pay for the repairs
