[redacted] was on vacation during original service call on July 7th, 2017. Her daughter was at the residence. We were told to call her daughter with any further appointments, at [redacted]. We went back out on July 14th, 2017, to further assist the problem with the dryer. Once we left,...

we called [redacted] and her daughter, yet we were sent to voicemail. We called every day, and had no response. We left voicemails in regard to needing the Dryer's model number, so we could move forth with ordering the thermostat for the dryer. [redacted] called us once, to let us know that she was out of town. We heard from her daughter twice, in regards to scheduling the appointments listed above. After sending the first bill, [redacted] called and said she had someone else fix the dryer. They did not pay a bill. They did not cancel services with us, either. We are willing to toss the bill.Thank you!

They sent me a bill for a part that I will never use for 48.87 for the part after I bought the new dryer
