Dear ***, We spoke on the phone about this matter but wanted to email you regarding our conversation. *** is the customer who purchased the 2010 Nissan Murano from us on 02/17/2020. I do have all signed paperwork, signed by him of course with all copies of everything. When *** first purchased the car few days after the Alternator went bad, no problem at all we fixed it *** then took back possession of the vehicle, driving it for a few weeks. After some time and miles put on the said 2010 Nissan Murano, Mike then came back to us stating "my mechanic" looked over the 2010 Nissan Murano and told me it's "falling apart". After *** stating this to us, we asked to see the paperwork the mechanic gave him showing all the work vehicle needed, *** refused to show us the said paperwork then proceeding to leave vehicle on our property. After *** left we then called his mechanic (*** Sullivans Service Center) , after speaking with him he stated that *** brought the 2010 Nissan Murano down here but I was never able to check it out as he came when we were closing, and also wanted *** Sullivans Service Center to make up a fake bill stating the car is "falling apart", the mechanic told *** absolutely not would he do that. During all of this going on he had his "girlfriend" *** calling us and coming into dealership making threats about this $1,000 that we owe *** for his car, as per ***, *** never purchased the car, but car is titled and registered into his name and on top of that bank does have his title as well. *** was someone we were not able to talk to regarding ***'s deal as she was not on any of the paperwork. Our local police do have a report on fill also of *** coming to our dealership harassing, slamming on things, and threatening us to "return the money we owe *** or else".
