They had my cellphone in times to repair a cracked screen- it was not returned functional - the screen was not secured- when I finally had it repaired by ***, the technician said screws were missing That phone has never been touched internally since purchased- I was promised a refund- they had me come back multiple times- no refund! They asked for a screen that was replaced when *** repaired my phone- I originally gave them back the wrong screen(*** gave me e wrong screen) I have the right one now(don't know if hey will use that as an excuse) my receipt was given to them each time I brought it in- my daughter picked upephone the last time and did not know to ask for the receipt- the technician ABSOLUTELY knows me- they HAVE A RECORD - I brought it in around July 10- I have the debit card receipt from my dauber' phone brought at the same time- that had to be brought back as well as the original repair was bad- they are absolutely able to look up the records because I th
