Partial reimbursement? That is the ONLY reimbursement I am offering, So we need to be clear on this, after he recieves the $this matter will be closed by all parties with no more threats of litigation or him asking my subcontractors where I live so he can come "rough me up" ( thats funny he even considered the notion)

Number one: [redacted] advised me AFTER we signed the contract that the work previously done on his house was NOT permitted & upon learning this [redacted] asked me to put ALL the basement on the permit, not just the work I was doing, I informed [redacted] at that point that I would not put someones previous work onto the permit & he would have to file for a homeowners permit to add the previous work on an addendum, he said he would do this when he "was available" Number two: Upon learning that previous work was done without a PERMIT I was not going to be liable for previous work on my insurance, I told [redacted] I wanted to see the permit paperwork so I could make sure he listed the work done previously so I was not responsible for the previous workHe kept avoiding the matter & instead asked when my framers would finish the soffitI told him when I see permit that doesnt make me liable for previous work Make sense? [redacted] has been offered the $back for drywall & tileHe rejected it thinking he is entitled to a refund of 100% , like the work we did do & the extra work was done for free? Like I didnt pay my guys nothing to perform the work they did& the sq ft in insulation was a typo (im on a terrible keyboard) the actual amount was around sq ftIt doesn't matter WHO performed the work as long as it was done [redacted] tells only what will make him look good & me look bad, if I was the person he is making me out to be I would have never done any work at all & never put him in contact with my subcontractors, right?? But no I am thief who does "little to no work" & takes peoples deposit & runsI have NEVER took $ & not performed any work, if I have walked off a job it is because of a change order dispute or a safety issueI also explained to [redacted] I was having some health issues & he basically called me a liar saying "that's NOT what your subcontractors are telling me,attached is medical documents that prove I am indeed suffering some heslth issues e"

Please let [redacted] know that I accept the $for partial reimbursement I expect payment in days which can be sent here [redacted] ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:See attached.I am going to make this simple for everyonePage receipt for $dollars for drywall and tile (as written on the invoice) ZERO tile and drywall have been doneThe drywall is stacked on the floor and I haven't even purchased the tile yet Page "licensed and insured general contractor" His license has expired on 6/24/and has not been renewed for Adams county as of 10/5/ His insurance expired (actually it was cancelled due to malicious business according to the insurance provider) on 8/1/ Without a license, you cannot pull any permits for construction (which will cost ~$700...which he agreed to pay according to page of the contract) That's the law His contract is now null and void If he has anything new with insurance and licensing, he must provide it to his customers IT'S THE LAW! It also say half deposit to file the permit A permit has not been filed.$was never offered but $was offered I reject both. How did he insulate sq ft of a basement on a two story house that's sq ft total? About sq ft of the basement is being finished He did not frame a basement The guys he hired framed/soffited a bath and closet as he stated and relocated a wall My surveillance videos show days worth of work with guys for all of that work And those were not hour days That equates to over $per hour for labor if I subtract his $offer. His subcontractors have all volunteered information to me And I am building an army of other people who are in much worse shape than me that have been victimized The reason I am leading this is that I am the most educated and least bullied by his tactics Let's ask them how many subcontractors will work for him again Also, lets talk to the Adams County DA (actually he's an investigator not a DA), and see what he has to say I've already spoken to him at length on how to move forward with *** *** He was very helpful
As for the slanderous threats and complaints, let's do a polygraph test together and see who threatened who I had to google the hispanic slur because I didn't even know what it meant

first of all I never put his name on *** I I put an ad on *** to hire a plumber and then I had the plumber contact mr*** *** and then *** hired the plumber himself.number to the plumber that he hired was not registered in Weld County or Fort Lupton therefore I advise *** he
had to get a homeowners permit and he agreed and that's why he canceled the $1,checknumber it does not matter who did the work as long as the work got done doesn't matter how many hours it took the work that we agreed to in the contract got done with the framing was done a hundred percentand I never had an attitude with him until he called me and told me he wanted to cancel the contract for no reason and accuse me of putting his family's safety at risk by hiring a guy off *** yet he was able to hire a guy off *** himself so what's the difference? *** is basically having buyer's remorse because you realize that the job is getting done a lot faster as far as the hours put into it does not matter if it took hours are 26/hours to do the work it was an estimate that was agreed on for a contract he needs to read the contract very well just like the Revdex.com website says if a customer fails to read the contract then the fault lies within the consumer, I did everything I was supposed to do and he pulled me off the job for no reasoninsane he wants a full refund my sister center dollars is like am going to *** in order a hamburger and in town the boston it only took a person you made a hamburger seconds so he only wants to pay cents for it does not work that way I need to realize that as the consumer

This is the work we done at this customers house: We framed his basement out, framed out a bathroom approximately 8ft × 12ft, framed a giant walk in closet, framed all the soffit in these areas, we modified an existing bedroom to make bigger, requiring us to move 2 walls, route the electrical &...

remove drywall. We removed an existing doorway to storage & relocated it to accomodate new framed bathroom. We removed & rehung 12 sheets of drywall on thexe walls to accomodate all this work. We also installed over 4000 sq ft of insulation in the ceiling area in front living area & all newlys framed areas, hallway & existing bedroom, I also spent time gettin. his materials & ordering all his drywall & scheduled all subcontractors to work on his house, but he hired them, I just took time out of my day to arrange for them to meet with this customer. We did over 60% of the work & then some things that were not in the contract. I have offered him a refund of $2000 if he can't accept that I will be more then happy to explain all this in court. My labor costs are well over $5500 alone not counting my time spent on job. This customer also posted slanderous threats online about me & my business, also in a phone call called me a filthy "[redacted]". He has also called my subcontractors & was threatening to do physical harm to me. My subcontractors can verify this. I am insured, I just got a new policy, I was shopping around for a better premium. I run an legitimate business that is being ran to the ground by slanderous customers like Mr.[redacted]. call my previous customers for references, uve done work for the Adams County D.A. , law enforcement personnel, etc. Its like this: my business runs off the same concept in that one doesn't go to [redacted] & order a cheeseburger at the speaker, but when they pull up to the window they order an EXTRA fry & shake & expect it to be same price they was quoted at the speaker, its called a change order in the contracting business & its not free.

Revdex.com:I expect receipt of payment in 7 days by mail.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Bryan's remodeling/basement has not paid me the $2000 that he agreed to as of 12/16/2016.  The complaint needs to be re-opened.   Thanks, [redacted]
