Review: An item was listed on their web site as being available. Completed the "check-out" procedure and received a confirmation that the order was placed and that my credit card was billed. Since I already "purchased" the item, I no longer pursued looking at other avenues to purchase this item. At the time ebay had 4 similar items at the time. I later received a notification that their inventory system "does not work", that the item I ordered was no longer available and that they would credit my account. Consequently, not only did I not receive the item that I purchased, I also lost the ability to get the product from another resource ([redacted]).Desired Settlement: My desire would be for them to fulfill the order for that item and in the amount originally quoted or comparable compensation.
