Bought I star was item paid for it as it was a pre order, in full with shipping a yaesr later called went with item said sorry but shipping went up so we have to charge you more, I went back and forth with brains wife,.. She said ok we will send it to you, when I received it hologram was missing from the box.. I will never buy from them better off wit eBay, entertainment earth or bigbadtoystors,.. and Amoktimes. A void this family run business that just doesn't have truthful business dealing,... I'm retired USARMY 21 years and Retired NYPD 25 and deal with many companies in my life time Not happy with this company.

Review: An item was listed on their web site as being available. Completed the "check-out" procedure and received a confirmation that the order was placed and that my credit card was billed. Since I already "purchased" the item, I no longer pursued looking at other avenues to purchase this item. At the time ebay had 4 similar items at the time. I later received a notification that their inventory system "does not work", that the item I ordered was no longer available and that they would credit my account. Consequently, not only did I not receive the item that I purchased, I also lost the ability to get the product from another resource ([redacted]).Desired Settlement: My desire would be for them to fulfill the order for that item and in the amount originally quoted or comparable compensation.
