Review: Resolving an issue involving my daughter, [redacted] finishing her degree. Briarcliffe College failed to help my daughter with her Online class that she had problems accessing which led to her failure in the course which she needs to graduate and continue her education. I, her mother had spoken to numerous school officials without a successful resolution because the officials do not follow through in returning phone calls or abiding by rules of FIPPA agreement, which allows the school to speak to a parent. The dean nor any other school official has yet to call my phone which is on file. My daughter has left instructions (numerous times) to speak to her mother and that they have permission as there is a FIPPA agreement in her file. This has been foregoing for a year. (since August 2012). I am a current student and graduate of Briarcliffe ([redacted]) who has attempted speaking to officials about other issues involving me and no return phone calls. This is frustrating and very unprofessional behavior from Briarcliffe officials. Who can I contact to resolve said situation?Desired Settlement: Re-Registration for my daughter. She has written letters and has complied with all responses that were asked of her. A phone call to me (her mother, [redacted]) would be appropriate so I can give them a full explanation and come to a resolution.
