In regard to the position taken by the customer in the document from Revdex.com Serving Northern Nevada, I would like to dispute the consumer's case and provide factual data regarding the case
On April 7, at 7:am, *** left a message regarding his #***, I returned his phone call on April 9, at 10:49am, providing a call back number and support email address
Specifically, the consumer states that I stated there was no return or refundThis is absolutely incorrectOn April 9, at 3:pm, ***, returned my call and asked me a question about model #*** that is leaking from hose to holder
After listening intently to *** concerns, I apologized for the trouble he may be experiencingI continued, to share his PowerMax #*** is designed with a backflow/check valveIts purpose is to prevent water from backflowing into potable water when the shower valve is turned off, it'll syphon leftover water from where the hose meets the holder outside and down the hose for a few seconds then stopI apologized, for any troubles*** expressed vocally his disappointment towards me after hearing his Oxygenics PowerMax #*** shower unit is working as designedI continued to share information is available on our website and our policy regarding refunds and returnsI apologized again and he hung up the phone
Today, April 11, at 9:am, I reached out to ***, utilizing the contact phone number he provided with his customer information in the Revdex.com letter, which is the same number we have on file and left a voice message

You state in your response to my complaint...that you mentioned you told me that you had a return/refund on the Oxygenics model in questionThat's funnyas I recall, I was told that you DID NOT offer a refund or returnI asked more than once, and again was told that there was no return or refund for the Oxygenics model in questionFirst of all, my question to you is why would I write a Revdex.com complaint? If what I was asking for, was to return or get a refund of your poorly made productSecond, I am appalled on the fact that you were not truthful in your response to my complaintAs I see, in your cookie cutter letter, I'm just a dissatisfied customerYes, I am a dissatisfied customer because of your poor customer serviceJust to make matters clear, I would like to hear our telephone conversation (the one you record for quality purposes)Last but not least, and just to let you know, I bought another similar one of your Oxygenics shower heads with extension product months ago, and guess what, it does not leak water all over my floor! Can you explain this? A similar product made from the same company and yet it does not leak waterAnother thing, why would I ask to talk to a manager, to what you said ok, cut me off and send me to a voice mailbox...rude very rude and poor customer service skillsAgain, all I want is either a refund/return of your poorly made product that had no disclaimersAs a favor to other customers, put a disclaimer on your box that states that your product leaks and whylet the customer decide if they want to buy the product or not! -- No longer a customer

Consumer may expect arrival per FedEx tracking on April 18, Tracking number
