Review: I had put money down and paid on a burial plot. My mom got sick and I couldnt pay on it anymore. Whittens funeral director told me he talked with [redacted] and she said my money was a credit with them, if I needed it. I had to bury my mom in a cheaper cemetary. I called and told them that I didnt need the plot. she said she couldnt return the money, but told the director that it was a credit. Now I get a letter that they are going to absorb the money. if I have to, I will get a lawyer. they can resale the plot, its not something I have and they are not going to keep my money. they provided me with no services, I was told if I needed only one plot that I would pay half which was a lie, they quoted me a price of 4600 dollars, which I didnt have. this is a complete scam and I want my money returned immediatelyDesired Settlement: I want my money returned, this is just horrible. I was lied to all the way around, by everyone at this place.
