BUYER BEWARE***
I would give this establishment stars if possibleMy husband and I came to look at a truck today, had to go get his father to sign off on the loan on our trade in truck and in that hour we were gone they sold the truck out from under usWithout so much as a phone call to us to not waste a half hour drive back to the dealershipThe manager then screamed in my face and was completely unprofessionalThis was after calling on our way from new york(a four hour drive) to tell them we'd be there at the day before (we arrived at due to traffic) to check it out when they close at six and they were gone and closed and couldn't be bothered to stay open for us
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS
To start this review off I'd like to say I'm in my early twenties so I don't make an ungodly amount of money. I still managed to buy a truck in the $20k range. Truck looked great at time of purchase. One month or so after I noticed the rear fender bondo work they had done was coming through extremely fast. Now this is partially my fault for not extensively looking into these fenders but like I said they looked great I gave it a decent inspection without laying in their ice rink Parking lot that I also fell on at one point. Now about a year later the fenders are junk n more bondo all over the truck is coming out, doors, front fenders etc. I take care of this truck as if it's my baby wash wax u name it. Now it's embarrassing to drive this bondo buggy around.. They use [redacted] to inspect their vehicles which I'm guessing they pay extra to get the not so inspectable ones passed. Brought it the day after purchase to a local garage that I've known like family for 10 years, he said there is no way this thing is inspectable to drive down the road the front end was all sorts of loose, u joints ball joints bushings were all toasted. The u joints in the steering shaft behind the wheel were so worn out when I replaced it. Called automania n they did absolutely nothing. So beware these trucks may look pretty and shiny but you seriously need to look into these more than your normal preowned dealership, I am completely in the hole on this truck and would hate to see it happen to anyone else. Hope this review was helpful in some way or form.
