Brick Fest Live

I originally bought tickets for the Brick Fest Live show in West Palm Beach, FL for November This date was then canceled and postponed for a later dateHowever, my family was unable to attend the later date and I soon started requesting a full refundI have been unable to reach anyone by phone and have been emailing back and forth with a customer service representative named "Kim" who apologizes for the delay but assures me that they are working on the refundI have sent various emails to Eventbrite who sold the tickets as well as other emails I found on Brick Fest Live's website with no responseI have been patient but this is very unprofessional and I want others to know before doing business with these companiesI just want my money back
