Review: My vehicle was taken there after an auto accident where I was hit on my drivers side. In receiving my truck, I noticed that the chrome on the left side was sticking out more than the other side, my service stability light is coming up in my drivers info console, my steering wheel is turned to the right because they aligned my wheel but with the standard specs and I have bigger tires on my truck, I also explained to them that my turn signal doesn't turn off when I turn right, because it's not registering that I turned, my lower headlight also was loosely moving around I called executive immediately and was told to bring it back. My husband and I brought it back and the manager said they will see if my insurance company paid for a new light (according to my estimate, they did). My insurance company called and confirmed it but no one from [redacted] got back to me. While I was driving home last night, my left turn signal stopped working and my headlight is hanging out of the frame. They had an "answer" for every problem that I had but my truck is still not correct. I also explained to them that my "service stability" was never there before I brought my vehicle to them.Desired Settlement: I would like my lower headlight replaced with the new one my insurance company paid for in my estimate. I would like something done about the service stability. I would like my turn signal to turn off when I turn. Perhaps, aligning the wheels with the factory tires on and then put my current rims back

To Whom it May Concern:

The customer picked-up her vehicle, nearly a week later she called and told us of the turn signal problem, (to which she stopped by, and I immediately replaced a burned-out light bulb - problem solved). She was also unhappy with the fit of the Left marker lamp, (a new aftermarket unit, required by her insurance company). We purchased, (at no additional cost to her), a new OEM lamp & mounting panel & replaced them for her, at our expense.

As far as her stability light, we scanned the vehicle several times, it is a STORED CODE. This means that it has been active in the system prior to the loss. According to the scan records, the light had been manually turned off several times before we got the vehicle, (she also had placed a piece of black electrical tape over the portion of the instrament cluster, where the light is on prior to the loss), the stability system needs maintainence and the insurance company will not pay for unrelated prior damages, so we cannot help her.

Relative to the wheel alignment, I gave her a copy of the specifications, the vehicle is in perfect alignment, (meaning the caster alignment & the camber angle is perfect), her steering wheel is off-center because she has 24" wheels on a vehicle that is equipped for 16" wheels, the additional height throws off the camber adjustment. If we center the steering wheel, it would require turning the tie rods to an extreme that would create heavy positive camber, which in turn, would result in excessive and premature tire wear. The solution to this problem is an aftermarket adapter kit for the suspension, and again, the issue is not related to this loss.
