Review: I saw the Brick Kids booth at [redacted] on October**, 2014. [redacted] advised me that she did not have the color [redacted]'s I wanted on hand and could make a nameplate for me at her home where she had more colors. I paid [redacted] for the nameplate. She stated that she would work on the piece over the weekend and have it sent out by the beginning of the week of October**, 2014. I emailed [redacted] on October**, 2014 to check on the status of my order. She stated that she would be working on it that weekend and sending it out next[redacted], October**, 2014. I did not receive my purchase. I emailed [redacted] again on November*, 2014 about my order. She stated that she would send it out soon and apologized for the delay. I still have not received my nameplate. I called [redacted] November**, 2014 and left a voicemail requesting a refund. I also emailed [redacted] requesting a refund. I have heard nothing else from her.Desired Settlement: I paid [redacted] with the expectation that I would be receiving a product. After over a month, I have not received the product. I would like my money to be returned to my account.
