Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted] Blair Nice story and Brendon G [redacted] is sticking to itAlthough he told me he has no interest in helping me because I filed a complaint, I called at his request and scheduled a repair for August 1st and big surprise they were no-showWhen I called after 1pm for an ETA, I spoke with Ruth and for the first time I actually got an apology which was appreciatedI sent additional photos and at this writing still waiting for a new repair date

Repairs were initially scheduled for Friday June 3rd, per the flooding, and severe weather that we had experienced there was no other option other than to reschedule. With that being said, scheduling was out of our hands. However, project had resumed on the next available working day. In addition,... there has most definitely a lack of communication, however it was not at the fault of Brick Maverick. A multitude of our staff members tried to contact the customer numerous times. Without fail, no answered phone call, and no return contact. While it is unfortunate that we are being accused of "dipping a bucket in pool water", that is simply derisory. While I can attest the fact that not a single member of our Brick Maverick team would EVER dip a bucket into a customer's pool, there are facts to back it up. Pool chemicals, would not only damage mortar and cause joints to become compromised, but would also discolor masonry units and mortar joints. The project has been completed, and at time of payment we receive a complaint in our email. There has been no contact from the customer of any issues, just this complaint. We would love to visit the customers house and take photographs of all areas outlined in the contract to prove this complaint is not only defamatory, but falsified statements. I would not request the customer to provide pictures, predicated solely on the fact that the photographs could have been taken in the middle of the project. As far as Brick Maverick is concerned, not only is failure to pay a breach of a signed contract, but now litigation will be extended to defamatory statements, mental anguish, ect. Please provide us with options to removed this from our BBB webpage, as this is ridicule, and false.

I am rejecting this response because: His response was rude and blaming me for work that
did not hold up If he saw the work that did not hold up after a few weeks he would not have responded the way he did I understand being shut down due to the hurricane and not once did he mention this or respond to my last two emails He is not the only one effected by the hurricane I have family without a place to live I WANTED MY WALL REPAIRED AND NOT TO BE IGNORED! Even if he would have said give him a month I would have been ok I'm surprised a business owner would respond to me the way he did through you!
Regards,

Full refund on a job that has already been done? Yeah rightlet me know how that works for you! With a business that is completely shut down due to the hurricane and loss of revenueBYE!

I am writing this letter in response to the above referenced complaint. We do apologize that the patient felt he was treated disrespectfully by the biller he spoke with and for the delay in getting back to him with verification of the chargesAs we explained to him the charges were billed correctly
to his insurance companyThe adjustment to his account was not done in retaliation but rather it was a Correction to an electronic posting errorOn the day the patient's account was adjusted to reflect the correct balance, dozens of other accounts were corrected as wellThe patient was mailed a copy of his insurance company's explanation of payment which shows that we are billing him for the amount that they say has been applied to his deductibleThe account balance reflects what is actually due according to his insurance

Today is the first time the company has contacted me regarding a final walk through and inspection.  They did contact me asking for payment for the completed job, however, as previously stated the job is not finished.  I welcome an inspection so they can see the areas that are still unfinished.   I would consider allowing them the opportunity to finish the job, however, they have had multiple attempts, and the areas that have been worked on are deficient and the quality is lacking.  My concern is that they are unable and unwilling to make this right.Regarding using the pool water, those were my thoughts exactly when I saw the worker dip the bucket in the pool.  Pictures have been uploaded to [redacted]TQ
