6. Remove and replace brick $completed (inside garage wall not finished and construction debris still in garage and yard)
7. Lay stone $(never started and no longer returning calls or providing next possible service date)
8. Collected $of $immediately and cashed the check. $discount from $estimate granted to me for immediate acceptance of the quote.
9. No longer returning calls and no schedule to complete the job. I was always very flexible with Mr*** when he gave me reasons why he could not deliver or could not complete the job so no reason to stop answering the phone unless he has no intention of completing the work
Paid $4400, less Acid wash $100, less grind out and remove mortar $150, less custom mortar match $(disputed), less remove & replace brick $= $(the amount of your offer). Not acceptable for the service provided but settlement by the numbers

The business responded that they were bringing me a check "today", which was Wednesday May 6th. I have yet to receive a refund from this business. I will close the complaint as soon as a refund has been received

The customer is not telling the entire truth*** had been given a check for her refund and was delivering it to herAt the time she called she said where the F--k is my moneyThis was recorded because she called through Home Advisor*** placed her on hold and told me that he was only about
5miles from her location and the he wasn't going any further due to her cussing at him. That all being said, we will refund her the moneyBy mail!!All of which has been conveyed to her

Until I actually RECEIVE a check from this business nothing has been resolved. The business states that they have recorded phone calls between *** and myself. I have yet to hear those and believe this to be false. If they did, they would hear that *** was NOT on the way to give me my refund. The business would hear him say that he was told by the corporate office to not proceed any further. I admit that I became highly agitated, as I believe in person in my place would. I ONLY became angry after having my time wasted over the course of WEEKS. I was nothing but pleasant and understanding up until the moment I was told that I would not be getting a refund. This has now been going on for a month. I have not received a refund. Further, I am in the process of selling the affected property. So I'm not quite sure how the business plans to mail me a check when they have not even taken the time to get an address from me to mail a check.This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I should have done my due diligence before giving them any money. If I had I would have read the complaints against them on the Revdex.com's website and also noticed how they have managed to change their business's name a few times after getting quite a few disgruntled customers like myself. They should NOT have Revdex.com accreditation as this is misinforming the public as to this business's reliability, honesty and integrity. Only a handful of consumers are going to follow up in instances like this. If this business has only been on the Revdex.com's radar since 02/and already has at least complaints against them that should speak volumes to how they are doing business. Yet, they still manage to maintain an A- rating
As soon as I receive a refund from this company I will consider this matter resolved

It has been almost two weeks since the business stated they would issue me a refundCan you please tell me when I might expect to receive it?

"Next week" is somewhat vague.Based on previous interactions, I would like to have the date pecified Also the specific delivery method (mail, in person, fed ex, etc.If possible, I would like to know the specific method of payment proposed (cash, check, bank transfer, etc.)
