I preordered items from this business They sold diecast collector cars I had been putting money down on my account for about the last months (maybe longer) Since they were preorders, I have not collected any of the items I orderedIn January I had contacted them to see when my items would be expected to arrive At that time they told me that after that week they were not going to be able to honor any deliveries from their supplier Since I had put down money throughout the duration of my account having a balance on it, I asked how can I get my money back The person told me that they would mail me a check for the amount I had put down which was $They told me on January 2nd to expect it in 10-business days I still have not received the check I am able to prove the amount paid with my bank statements being I paid over the phone through bank draft I have tried multiple times to get in contact with the business but I have not been able to
