I am customer from CA and purchased from Brickell collection onlineSimply put, if online merchants were like Brickell, there would be no online commerce in this country! We bought a leather accent chair and stone top coffee tableMy chief complaints in the order they happened with this transaction Poor communication: No automatic invoice, and shipping notificationsWhen calling for shipping info, either they are not there, or the call is answered by a "secretary" whose identity constantly changesThey take messages for managers, who never return callsMultiple emails need to be sent before any reply arrives No shipment notifications: The chair arrived in weeks with a private freight companyI got a phone call from them on 2PM in the afternoon that the shipment will be there in minutesDropped everything and rushed home to meet themCurbside delivery, not taking chair up a flight of stairsIf this stopped there, I would not be writing a review No refund even after several damaged shipments and lengthy time: Coffee table stone top arrived a few days later, in piecesNo table baseFDelivery this time at the doorHowever, no notification tha shipment is comingTook photos, documented damage, called, emailedBrickell confirms replacementBut, no automatic notification of next shipment's date, no instructions without repeated emails as to what to do with damaged itemsSecond replacement arrives, both table base and stone top completely damagedTook pictures, emailed, calledIndicated we need a refundThis is now over a month later since we placed the orderBrickell states they do not offer refund, they only replace! Several rounds of email, multiple hours on the phone with the "secretaries" explaining I am asking for a refundBrickell sticks their no refund policyThird replacement arrives mos after the original orderThe are no visible damages besides some crumbling on the underside of the stone and the stone top's sheen being irregular from chemicals during the production probably High prices: after second damaged shipment, I run an internet search on the product number of the coffee table that I gather from the manufacturer's packaging (did not have packaging for the chair)The search revels that Brickell's price for the table ($508) is double of what other online merchants haveResellers such as sears, kmart and goedekers as well as the manufacturer (http://www.interiorexpress.com) were listing the table for around $shipping includedBrickell lists products without information that would identify the manufacturerThey use their own model number on their site which makes comparison shopping impossible Customer responsible for discarding damaged items: As mentioned before, there are no instructions conveyed without repeatedly emailing them as to what to do with the damaged itemsIn the end, we had to discard damaged coffee tables and table tops and these were 40xinches eachHad we not have a large dumpster, we'd have to pay for discarding theseNot even mentioning the physical strain of moving and dumping these, the fact that Brickell does not take responsibility for discarding the damaged items is not fair businessI repeatedly requested they ship damaged items back and those emails went simply unanswered

Went to Mike's Car Wash and was very surprised on how good the service wasHad an Oil Change done, the employees were very attentive and able to answer to any doubts I had regarding the service, had my Cabin Air Filter changed also, everything well doneThey offer a free car wash with any Oil Change, We upgraded it to the Supreme Wash , their price was pretty goodI have no complaints at allThank you so much guys, ill definitely go back!!!!

I bring a car in for a oil change with no problems, no oil light, or check engine light on, to get the car back with the oil and check engine light onI bring it back to the person who did the oil change and he said there's oil in the car, and said it may be a bad oil pressure sensor, because the car has a lot of milesSo I left, and then find out he broke the oil filter housing core, causing the oil light and check engine light to come on, went back to him and told him that you broke the filter housing core, and you can clearly see the bottom piece is broken off and it's missing, but he kept saying he didn't break It and wouldn't fix the problem, so I paid out of my pocket to fix something that he brokeThis could of caused serious damages to the engineAvoid this quick lube, when they break something they won't admit it, when it's clearly shown that they did

I seriously wonder if The Brickell Collection is a legitimate businessI am one of the two people who reviewed them on this site, and I cannot fathom how a business that is run so poorly would be able to stay in operationI disputed the payment (which they took right away) with my credit card company and won, so I am not out-of-pocket, I'm just out out a piece of furniture I saw on their site that I likedAfter I placed the order, they charged my credit card immediately (as opposed to how most companies charge when an item is shipped)They never shipped the item, and were completely non-responsive after multiple attempts to obtain information from them about the item I had already paid forBad, bad business, and I hope they are investigated

I wish I had read the complaint shown here at the Revdex.com siteIt would have perhaps swayed me against ordering from BrickellI will write a lengthier review once I recieve (IF I receive) my merchandise, but suffice it to say, I have been enduring the EXACT same experience as the person who wrote the lengthy review already posted on this siteI am happy to have anyone from the Revdex.com site contact me directly, so I may share emails, records of attempts at contact, my telephone experiences, etcThis company is so incredibly poorly run, it's hard to imagine how they stay in business - great website, I guessAlthough one of the two items I ordered was discontinued, and it's still shown on their home pageI'm still hoping I get the table I ordered and it's in good shapeThey immediatley charged my credit card, and I'd hate to have to go through disputing the charge

Had oil change on my year old daughters car, spent Car wasn't running right so I took it to dealerOil filter was wrong, wrong motor oil used AND the filter was put in upside downDealer said had she driven more miles, the engine would have seizedI had to spend for fix what they didSpoke with owner, sent him bill and he is avoiding my calls

1. Poor communication: No automatic invoice, and shipping notifications. When calling for shipping info, either they are not there, or the call is answered by a "secretary" whose identity constantly changes. They take messages for managers, who never return calls. Multiple emails need to be sent before any reply arrives.

2. No shipment notifications: The chair arrived in 1.5 weeks with a private freight company. I got a phone call from them on 2PM in the afternoon that the shipment will be there in 20 minutes. Dropped everything and rushed home to meet them. Curbside delivery, not taking chair up a flight of stairs. If this stopped there, I would not be writing a review.

3. No refund even after several damaged shipments and lengthy time: Coffee table stone top arrived a few days later, in pieces. No table base. Fed-ex Delivery this time at the door. However, no notification tha shipment is coming. Took photos, documented damage, called, emailed. Brickell confirms replacement. But, no automatic notification of next shipment's date, no instructions without repeated emails as to what to do with damaged items. Second replacement arrives, both table base and stone top completely damaged. Took pictures, emailed, called. Indicated we need a refund. This is now over a month later since we placed the order. Brickell lists products without information that would identify the manufacturer. They use their own model number on their site which makes comparison shopping impossible.

5. Customer responsible for discarding damaged items: As mentioned before, there are no instructions conveyed without repeatedly emailing them as to what to do with the damaged items. In the end, we had to discard 2 damaged coffee tables and table tops and these were 40x40 inches each. Had we not have a large dumpster, we'd have to pay for discarding these. Not even mentioning the physical strain of moving and dumping these, the fact that Brickell does not take responsibility for discarding the damaged items is not fair business. I repeatedly requested they ship damaged items back and those emails went simply unanswered.
