Trying to buy car for my aunt and the dealer has hidden document fees that change depending on how much they feel they can rape you ,this fee can not be quoted over the phone because if you knew it you will never go,I undewrstand most florida dealers have huge doc fees but I least tell me what it is,I would not recomend them to my enemy.The mangaement policy here is very bad to decieve rather than service,I have been in the car business for years so please take my advice eriously,the reason for my review is to help others from getting scamed by this management policy
They are running a total scam over there. No reply to any email or any phone call after they receive money. No registration, no temporary tags, no reply. Not the kind of [redacted] you want to deal with for a Ferrari purchase. Be aware, go elsewhere.
