My office spoke to [redacted] on 11/29/He complained about the price per gallon, we offered a $discountHe threatened to contact either Revdex.com or [redacted] ***He said he had to think about it.My office spoke with [redacted] on 1/25/again in regards to the price per gallon, he brought up a competitor price that was offering him 2.49, we offered to match the price if he could bring it in in writing from them we also offered the $discount and to credit the late fee that he now has accrued, he replied I'll get back to you.My office again spoke to [redacted] on 2/13/We still offered the $discount, also we would remove the late fee and to rebill his last delivery from a gallon to We also offered to switch him from auto fill to Will Call Status, he again replied he needed to think about it and would call us back.To this day we have yet to hear from [redacted] His account has become past due, and will be scheduled for service interruption soon, we will still offer to rebill his last delivery at the $coupon is no longer any good and the late fee stands as we've waited for a decision from [redacted] for months now.Thank you!
